3 T. tarragon
1 T. Savory
1 T. Sage
1 T. thyme
1 T. lavender flowerettes
1 T. marjoram
- Wash the herbes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Strip the leaves off the stems.
- Arrange them in a dehydrator at about 140 degrees and let them dry until crisp.
- Rub the herbs together in your hands, separating out any small stems. You can also process them in a blender, if you prefer.
- Combine all the herbs and store in a small container.
